LESLIE POST

Founder of HR Redesign

Leslie Post has been in the Human Resources field for over 21 years, founding her own consulting agency, HR-Redesign, in 2016. Leslie recognized the need for her services as clients steadily referred business.  Clients were drawn to her unique view of the human resource function not as a place to avoid or settle workplace conflict but as a place to build, develop, and support their teams.   

Leslie illuminates the intersection of business success and improvement with the support and development of the people operating withing the business; “When we engage employees to take responsibility for their jobs and performance it is magic.”-Leslie Post   

Leslie employs varied strategies when working with her clients to create tailored people support models. This includes tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) which enables her and her team to improve organizational performance by focusing on the training and support of their people.  Using people focused techniques, tools, and coaching, Leslie supports her clients’ employees. Individuals and teams are given the opportunity to excel by focusing on business outcomes and reducing work related politics.    

Leslie holds a Professional in Human Resources -California (PHRca) through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Leslie completed her degree, while working full time, powered by her drive to understand all aspects of business. Leslie brings that knowledge and drive to her clients daily through her positive approach and impact on clients and their teams.
